Please note that all sales are final, except in cases where the item has been misrepresented. If you believe that the item you have received does not match its description or is not in the condition described, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. 

In the event that the item was misrepresented, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund, provided that the item is returned to us in the same condition as it was when it was purchased. Any alterations, damage, or signs of wear may void the return policy.

All sales are final on special items that have been sourced on request (niche brands, conversion bracelets, accessories, cases, etc.) Any exchanges or refunds will be at the discretion of the seller. 

Please also note that any modifications or repairs made to an item by a third party after purchase will also void the return policy and warranty.
